Consider Your Diet
Diet does play a huge role in all this as well. There are a few particular things that you should look out for first. It is also important that you avoid alcohol. Alcohol may make you feel like sleeping, but on the contrary it is more likely to make you wake up during the night. Also, try getting a good balance of vegetables and fruits. Equally, you must avoid red meat if you want to sleep longer and deeply.
